Using this Superset setup for non-geOrchestra deployments

Particularly regarding the docker image, some French users have asked us if they could use this docker build for a deployment outside of geOrchestra, to benefit from the i18n improvements. It is indeed possible and explained in the [Configuration](configuration.md section.
